I run American Hearth Supply from Albion, Pennsylvania. When you call or text, you get me — not a queue, not a script. I check your dimensions, place the order with the manufacturer, book your freight and help with any warranty claim if you ever need it.

How this business actually works
We're an authorized dealer, not a warehouse. Every unit ships factory-new from the manufacturer's own distribution network, so the product is never a repackaged return. We don't have a showroom, and we don't install. What we do is the part that goes wrong when you buy a $3,000 appliance from a marketplace: making sure it's the right size, the right fuel, the right configuration, delivered on a liftgate truck, with someone accountable if anything's off.
Where we started, and what we carry now
American Hearth Supply began as a WPPO wood-fired pizza oven specialist. The same customers building a backyard kitchen kept asking about the fireplace, the patio heater and the grill — so the catalog grew, one authorized dealer agreement at a time:

What we don't do: we don't install, and we won't pretend to. Gas appliances need a licensed installer in your area, and we'll send the manufacturer's installation manual and clearance specs so your installer and inspector have what they need.

A small, owner-run authorized dealer — American Hearth Supply LLC, Albion, Pennsylvania (just outside Erie). We started as a WPPO wood-fired oven specialist and now carry fireplaces, patio heaters, grills and outdoor kitchens from the manufacturers we're authorized for. When you call (814) 440-4817 you reach the owner, not a call center.
Why shouldn't I just buy directly from the manufacturer?
Most of these manufacturers don't sell to homeowners — they sell through authorized dealers, and the warranty is honored through the dealer you bought from. Buying here gets you the same factory-new unit at the manufacturer's published pricing, plus a person who checks the fit, books the freight and helps with any warranty claim.
Is this legitimate? How do I know the product is genuine?
We're an authorized dealer for every brand on the site, and every unit ships factory-new from the manufacturer's distribution network — never gray-market, never returned stock. You can verify the phone number above, our Pennsylvania LLC, and the manufacturer documents linked on each product page. Checkout is Shopify's own, so your payment details never touch our servers.
Why don't I see hundreds of reviews?
Because we're new and we won't fake them. Reviews on this site are collected through Judge.me from real orders only, and a product shows a rating only when real customers have left one. Until then, test us the way that matters: call with a hard question and see what kind of answer you get.
Will someone actually help me after I've paid?

Shipping & delivery
Is freight included? Any liftgate or fuel fees?
Freight is included to the 48 contiguous states, liftgate included, with no surcharges at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international are quote-only — call before ordering.
How long until it arrives?
In-stock items typically ship in 1-3 business days, and freight items are delivered in 1-2 weeks from your order, with liftgate delivery. We provide tracking once it ships. Parcel items (accessories, some mantels and electric units) take about 5–10 business days by UPS/FedEx after they ship. Each product page shows the ships-in window; items with a longer manufacturer lead time say so on the page.
Will the freight carrier call me? What if I'm not home?
Delivery arrangements depend on the carrier; we'll confirm how yours will be delivered once it ships. Put a phone number you'll answer on the order. Delivery is curbside on a liftgate; the driver is not required to bring it inside, so plan to have a hand available.
What happens if it arrives damaged?
Look the crate over before you sign, write any damage on the delivery receipt (even "box damaged"), take a couple of photos, and contact us right away. For damage you find after unboxing, contact us as soon as you see it. We'll take it up with the distributor and manufacturer.
Do you deliver to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada?
