How does shipping work on something this big?

Every oven ships free via white-glove curbside freight to the lower 48 states. A carrier schedules a delivery window with you by phone, and the oven arrives crated and protected. Most orders leave the warehouse within 3–5 business days.

Is assembly required?

Karma ovens arrive essentially ready to fire — attach the chimney, place it on its cart or countertop, season it, and cook. Portable ovens are ready out of the box and include a pizza peel.

What fuel do these use?

All wood-fired models burn wood chunks, and the portables also handle charcoal, lump and pellets. Real flame is what gets you the 950°F heat and the smoky, charred flavor a gas oven can't match.
