"American Hearth Supply is an authorized reseller of WPPO LLC products. All returns are processed in coordination with our manufacturing partner, WPPO LLC, to ensure you receive the most efficient service.

All returns have a 10% restocking  and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost back to WPPO LLC. There will not be credit given for shipping. there is a 60 day policy, once the 60 days are up, your refund will not be eligible.
