Partner With American Hearth Supply
We work with interior designers, outdoor living, patio, deck, pool, hardscape and landscape contractors. When your client wants a fireplace, a wood-fired pizza oven, a patio heater or an outdoor kitchen, we supply it factory-new through the manufacturer's distribution, quote the complete build on one sheet, and arrange freight to the client's curb. You build the space; you never carry inventory.
What you get
- A referral arrangement if you'd rather send the client to us. Ask which setup fits your business.
- Complete-build quotes — unit, panels, log set, mantel, venting or accessories on one written quote, each at its own price.
- Freight — freight to the lower 48 is included, with liftgate delivery. Inspect the shipment before you sign; if anything is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and call us. We'll handle the claim with the distributor and manufacturer.
- Authorized dealer for the brands we list — Napoleon, Bromic Heating, Bull Outdoor Products, Monessen, WPPO, SimpliFire, Modern Flames, Outdoor Lifestyles and Fireside Furnishings — with the manufacturer's manuals and clearance specs supplied for your permit and inspection.
- One direct line to the owner for spec questions and order status.
What we don't do
We don't install. Gas appliances need a licensed installer, and we'll make sure you have the manufacturer's installation manual and clearances for the job.
How it works
1) Send the model or the space dimensions. 2) We check the configuration against the manufacturer's manual and send a written quote. 3) Your client orders (or you do), and it ships to whoever is on site.
