Free recommendation & written quote
Tell us what you're building. We'll tell you what to buy — even if it's the cheaper one.
Choosing the wrong size, fuel or configuration is the most common (and most expensive) mistake on a fireplace, oven or outdoor-kitchen order. This takes two minutes and costs nothing.
- A specific recommendation: which model, which size, which fuel — and why
- Size and clearances checked against the manufacturer's installation manual
- One written quote for the complete build: unit, cart or island, panels, log set, mantel or venting
- Delivery walkthrough for your address, including what happens on freight day

Questions people ask before spending this much
Straight answers, before you order
Fireplaces
Will this fit my wall?
The dimensions on the page are the appliance body; framing and rough-opening sizes are larger and come from the manufacturer's installation manual linked on the page. Send us your wall width and height and we'll confirm the right size before you order.
Vent-free or direct vent — which do I need?
Vent-free needs no chimney or vent run, which is what makes it viable in interior walls and renovations — but it's restricted in some jurisdictions, so check your local code (or ask us to). Direct vent needs a sealed vent path to an exterior wall or roof and is what most new-construction gas fireplaces use. Electric needs neither.
Natural gas or propane?
Natural gas if you have a utility line to the room; propane if you're on a tank. Getting this wrong is the most common avoidable mistake on a fireplace order, and it can't be switched after delivery without a conversion, so we confirm it on every gas order.
Do I need a professional to install it?
Gas appliances: yes, a licensed gas installer, and most jurisdictions require a permit and inspection. Electric fireplaces are simpler but hardwired models need an electrician. We don't install — we supply the manufacturer's installation manual and clearance specs so your installer and inspector have what they need.
What's included, and what do I need to add?
Each product page lists what ships in the box. Log sets, glass media, decorative fronts, mantels and venting kits are usually separate items — tell us what look you want and we'll put the complete build on one quote so it ships together where possible.
Pizza ovens & outdoor cooking
Which size do I need — Karma 25, 32 or 42?
It comes down to how many people you feed at once and how much patio you have. The 25 suits a family and a small patio; the 32 is the all-rounder for entertaining (two pizzas at a time); the 42 is for big gatherings or anyone who wants to roast and bake alongside pizza. Send us your patio dimensions and headcount and we'll tell you honestly which one — including when the smaller one is the right call.
Does it really reach 950°F, and how long does that take?
WPPO's stated maximum is 950°F; in practice most people cook Neapolitan-style at 800–900°F, with a pizza done in roughly 60–90 seconds. Expect about 20–30 minutes of heat-up with a proper fire in a Karma; the built-in Tuscany kits take longer because of their mass.
Can I cook more than pizza?
Yes — bread, roasts, vegetables, whole fish. Once the fire settles, the retained heat in the stone floor and dome makes it a real outdoor oven, not a one-trick appliance.
Freestanding or built-in?
Karma ovens are freestanding stainless units on a cart or stand — delivered, assembled and cooking the same day. Tuscany kits are built-in refractory ovens for an outdoor kitchen or masonry surround, installed by you or your contractor to the manufacturer's clearance specs.
Shipping & delivery
Is freight really free? Any liftgate or fuel fees?
Free to the 48 contiguous states, liftgate included, no surcharges at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international are quote-only — call before ordering.
How long until it arrives?
In-stock items typically leave the warehouse within 2–4 business days. Parcel items (accessories, some mantels and electric units) then take about 5–10 business days by UPS/FedEx; freight items usually arrive within 1–2 weeks of shipping depending on your location. Each product page shows the ships-in window; items with a longer manufacturer lead time say so on the page.
Will the freight carrier call me? What if I'm not home?
Yes — freight is delivered by appointment. The carrier calls the number on your order to book a window. Delivery is curbside on a liftgate; the driver is not required to bring it inside, so plan to have a hand available.
What happens if it arrives damaged?
Every order ships insured. Look the crate over before you sign, write any damage on the delivery receipt (even "box damaged"), take a couple of photos, and call or text us. We file the claim with the carrier and coordinate replacement parts or a replacement unit with the manufacturer. For concealed damage found after unboxing, contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Do you deliver to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada?
By quote only. Call (814) 440-4817 with the product and address and we'll get a real freight cost before you commit.
