What Happens After You Order

Large hearth and outdoor products ship by freight, not parcel. Here is the sequence, so nothing is a surprise.

1. Order, or confirm fit first

Check out normally. Or send your opening, fuel type, voltage, or project details on our Free Fit Check page and we'll confirm the right model before you order.

2. Your order goes to the warehouse that ships your unit

It typically ships out in 2–3 business days.

3. Freight delivery

Freight to the lower 48 is included, with liftgate delivery. Most deliveries arrive in 2–4 weeks from your order. We provide tracking once it ships.

4. The carrier calls to schedule your delivery

Please give us a phone number you'll answer.

5. Delivery is curbside

The driver lowers the crated unit to the curb on the liftgate. Have help ready to move it to its final spot.

6. Inspect before you sign

If the crate is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us right away. We'll take it up with the distributor and manufacturer.
