Landscape Pro Multi is the flexible option. Recess it fully for that built-in, high-end-remodel look, or wall-mount it if you're not opening up drywall. If you're building new or doing a renovation where you control the framing, the Multi gives you every option.
Landscape Pro Slim exists for one reason: shallow walls. If you're mounting into an existing wall and don't want to build out a bump-out or chase, the Slim's reduced depth is the difference between a clean flush install and a construction project.
Ask yourself: Am I framing a new wall, or working with the wall I have? New wall → Multi. Existing wall → Slim is usually the safer call.
