About this model
The Napoleon Entice is a linear electric fireplace that plugs into a standard 120V outlet and installs three ways — hung on the wall, partially recessed or fully recessed. It comes in five widths, from 36 to 72 inches.
Plug In, or Hardwire
The Entice runs on a 120V, 15A grounded circuit. It can be plugged into an outlet or hardwired, if you would rather not see a cord. No gas line and no venting.
Three Ways to Mount It
- Wall mount — hangs on the included wall bracket
- Partially recessed — set part-way into the wall for a lower profile
- Fully recessed — flush with the finished wall
You can wall-mount it now and recess it during a later renovation with the same fireplace.

- 36" and 42" — bedrooms, offices and smaller walls
- 50" — most living rooms
- 60" — media walls and larger rooms
- 72" — great rooms and open-concept walls

Controls
Run from the included remote or the touch panel on the fireplace.
- Flame colour — 10 colours, plus a colour cycle mode
- Flame brightness — F01 to F04, or flame off
- Flame speed — 5 settings
- Ember bed colour — 10 colours, plus a colour cycle mode
- Ember bed brightness — B-1 to B-4, off, or fade in and out
- Colour cycling — flame and ember bed cycle together
- Heater — off, fan only, low heat or high heat; the flame runs with the heater off
- Heater lock — child safety lock for the heater and thermostat
- Thermostat — 64°F to 82°F
- Timer — 30 minutes to 8 hours
After a power failure the fireplace resets to its factory settings.

Will this fit my wall?
The dimensions on the page are the appliance body; framing and rough-opening sizes are different numbers and come from the manufacturer's installation manual linked on the page. Call or text (814) 440-4817 with your wall width and height and we'll confirm the right size before you order.
Do I need a professional to install it?
Gas appliances: yes, a licensed gas installer, and most jurisdictions require a permit and inspection. Electric fireplaces are simpler but hardwired models need an electrician. We don't install — we supply the manufacturer's installation manual and clearance specs so your installer and inspector have what they need.
What's included, and what do I need to add?
Each product page lists what ships in the box. Log sets, glass media, decorative fronts, mantels and venting kits are usually separate items — tell us what look you want and we'll put the complete build on one quote so it ships together where possible.
Is freight included, and how long until it arrives?
Freight is included to the 48 contiguous states, with liftgate delivery and no surcharges at checkout. Your order typically ships in 1-3 business days, and most deliveries arrive in 1-2 weeks from your order. We provide tracking once it ships, and the carrier calls to schedule delivery. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international are quote-only — call before ordering.
What happens if it arrives damaged?
Look the crate over before you sign, write any damage on the delivery receipt (even "box damaged"), take a couple of photos, and contact us right away. For damage you find after unboxing, contact us as soon as you see it. We'll take it up with the distributor and manufacturer.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, if it's unused, unassembled and in the original packaging. Approved returns carry a 20% restocking fee and the customer covers return freight unless the return is due to our error or a defect — on a large freight item that is real money, which is exactly why we check the size and setup with you before you order. Special-order and custom-finish items can't be returned. Full terms: Refund policy.
